Ballots in Multnomah County for the November 2nd election on were mailed on October 15th, so if you are registered to vote, you should be receiving your ballot in the next few days (if you haven't received it already!). For any of you new to Oregon, vote-by-mail means you can vote anytime after receiving your ballot! No need to wait all the way until election day in November, we Oregonians can vote before Halloween!
