Commissioner Leonard raises Tibetan Flag over City Hall in honor of Tibet Awareness Day

Following last week's Mayoral Proclamation declaring March 10, 2010 "Tibet Awareness Day" in Portland, Commissioner Leonard gathered with a large group of Tibetans to raise the Tibetan Flag over City Hall.

The Tibetan flag will be brought down this evening, and will subsequently be on display in Commissioner Leonard's office.
