Here's The Willamette Week's story on Mayor Adams' remarks at a Police Bureau press conference yesterday on the Campbell shooting.

The Council work session on the City's budget revealed that the Police Bureau is expected to overspend its personnel budget by nearly $1.6 million, which caught the attention of Commissioner Leonard.  The Oregonian covered the Council's lively discussion.
