Service Coordination Team Graduation

 
Today, 12 people graduated from the Service Coordination Team's drug and alcohol treatment program, which has proven to dramatically reduce recidivism.  20 other former graduates, who are still clean and sober, were also recognized.  Commissioner Leonard helped found this program a few years ago, and it has saved local government agencies considerable money by means of drug and alcohol treatment, which over time, costs the government less than prosecution and incarceration.
